May Atkı has been manufacturing custom promotional textiles in Istanbul since 1997. We specialise in socks, scarves, beanies and apparel — produced to your exact brief and delivered across Europe. SEDEX certified and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliant, we combine European quality standards with Turkish manufacturing expertise. Your deadline is our standard.

Design

Our designer will put together a sample drawing of your order. Then can choose your customized design and confirm it.

Order

The detailed invoice including the charges of production and shipping will be sent to you needs to be paid prior to the outset of the production 50% payment, the production starts.

Production

After the %50 payment, the production begins. Depending on the quantity, the production will be completed in around 5-10 days.

Shipping

Product gets shipped when the payment is completed. Shipments are carried out through the contracted shipping companies.

Step 4: Complete Your Order

As a final process, after your work is approved, we will send you a sample, then we will do the necessary work to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

  • What is the minimum order of quantity (MOQ)?

    Our minimum order quantity varies by product. For socks, the MOQ is 120 pairs per design. For scarves and beanies, MOQs start from 100 pieces. For apparel, MOQs start from 100 pieces per design. If you are unsure whether your quantities qualify, get in touch — we are happy to discuss your brief.
  • How long has the order taken? 

    Standard production lead time is 2 to 5 weeks from design approval, depending on the product and order volume. For urgent briefs, we offer fast-track production. Contact us with your deadline and we will confirm feasibility within 24 hours. Your deadline is our standard.
  • What is the period of the shipping?

    Shipping times depend on your location and chosen freight method. For most European destinations, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days once the order has been dispatched. We offer both air freight and land freight options. Shipping is always quoted separately based on your order volume, destination and current freight conditions.
  • What is the period of the production?

    Production typically takes 2 to 5 weeks from the moment your sample is approved and your deposit payment is received. Rush production is available for time-sensitive campaigns — please share your deadline when you reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Is there any refund?

    We do not offer refunds on custom-produced items, as every order is manufactured specifically to your brief and approved sample. However, quality is central to everything we do. If your order does not match the approved sample, we will work with you to find the right resolution.
  • Is there a sample fee?

    Yes, we charge a sample fee prior to production. For socks, scarves and beanies, the sample fee is €100 (without embroidery) or €150 (with embroidery). For apparel, the sample fee is €200 per design. Sample fees are invoiced separately and are not deducted from your production order. Samples are produced to your exact specifications — your design, your colours, your branding — so you can approve the quality before committing to full production. Once you approve the sample, we move straight into production.
  • How can I make the payment?

    We accept bank transfers via SWIFT in Euro (€) or US Dollars ($), depending on your location. All orders are processed on an advance payment basis. Payment terms will be confirmed when we send your invoice.
  • How can I choose the color codes?

    We work with Pantone colour codes for all custom production. Simply provide your Pantone references when submitting your design brief and our team will match them as closely as the yarn and material allow. If you are unsure of your Pantone codes, share your logo files and our design team will identify the closest matches for your approval.
